Moncton KIA, part of Taylor Automotive Solutions, is looking for a sales manager to join their winning sales team. Your responsibilities would include managing a team of experienced vehicle salespeople, to follow-up, as appropriate, on all potential buyers. Implement and closely monitor our customer and sales control system while managing all floor activities. Provide your staff and our customers with advice and information, which would allow them to make their purchase or lease decision, plus a host of other duties and responsibilities.
We require someone with management experience, although not necessarily automotive, would portray a professional image, can manage and communicate effectively. The position would require you to work with little supervision, to be a self-starter and self-motivator. If you think you have these attributes, we should talk.
We will provide you with the best training in the industry and the support of a super automotive group. The compensation package includes a salary, commission (based on departmental profitability), medical benefits, company vehicle including insurance, and maintenance costs.
